AMC supports the Swiss junior national culinary team

Promoting talent. Living team spirit. Enabling top performance.

The young talents of the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team combine tradition, quality and precision with creative energy, strong team spirit and genuine cohesion. This results in culinary masterpieces on the international stage. As representatives of Swiss culinary art and food culture, they impressively demonstrate how diverse and high-quality Swiss cuisine can be.

Success at the top international level

The Swiss junior national culinary team has a long history of success: in both 2014 and 2022, the team was crowned overall winner at the Culinary World Cup. Following its successful performance at the IKA Culinary Olympics in 2024, the next major competition is now just around the corner in 2026 – the Culinary World Cup. Another stage on which to showcase culinary artistry at the highest level.

‘The AMC cooking system empowers people to eat and live better. We are proud to support the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team and thus promote world-class young culinary art. This partnership proves that quality and passion are the best ingredients for success.’

– Dirk Reznik, CEO AMC International

Fiona Wittwer

Boutique Hotel Glacier,
Grindelwald; since 2024 in team

It's hard to believe, but as a child, Fiona Wittwer didn't like eating practically anything. Today, things are very different: the 19-year-old is particularly proud of her passion for cooking and her discipline. She demonstrated both of these qualities as a commis chef for Euloge Malonga, winner of the Bocuse d'Or Suisse 2023 – an experience that has had a profound impact on her professional and personal life. A year earlier, she had already won the apprentice competition organised by the Berner Insel Group hospitals. Now she wants to join the junior national cooking team ‘to learn from others, share the same passion and celebrate successes together’.

Fabia Lardi

Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa Resort,
Lenk im Simmental; since 2025 in team

The 20-year-old wanted to become a member of the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team so that she could work towards a common goal with young and motivated people. ‘Besides, my greatest passion is sharing not only food, but also the work in the kitchen. I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas with the other members and learning as much as possible,’ she says. As she has been doing less sport lately, she also misses the competitive spirit. Creativity is particularly important to her: she loves cooking dishes using ingredients left over in the fridge.
